Cosmetic Tattoo Training
New Me Academy offers numerous opportunities for both beginning PMU (permanent makeup) artists and experienced professionals.
Katerina (our senior trainer) generously imparts her knowledge and skills to students which allows them to stand out from the competition.
Our training programs include lip blush, eyebrow and eyeliner tattooing. Below you can find detailed information about the available courses. If you cannot find a suitable option, we will design a special training program for you.

For Beginners
Fundamental Training
It’s a 5-day individual or small group (2-4 students) training in a convenient location in Sydney CBD.
In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of cosmetic tattooing — starting from the basics: general and legal aspects of permanent makeup, hygiene and workplace preparation, client consultation, skin structure, tools and equipment, colour theory, hand positioning, variations of tattoo strokes, latex practice, and much more.
You will also master the most up-to-date techniques for ombré powder brows and lip blush (a total of 4 techniques).
The hands-on practice includes 4 models: 2 for eyebrow tattooing and 2 for lip blush.
Additionally, you will learn how to photograph your work and present it effectively on social media.
What is included: Certification, a comprehensive student kit with 25 items in it, a manual book, and ongoing support through chat with no time limit.

Lip Blush Training
A 2-day individual or small group (2–4 students) training held in a convenient location in Sydney CBD.
This course will guide you through different lip blush techniques and provide a thorough understanding of lip skin structure, the tools and equipment required for the procedure, in-depth colour theory, and how to identify and minimise risks associated with lip tattooing.
The program also includes latex practice to perfect your techniques, as well as hands-on work with a model. You will additionally learn how to process photos and videos to create professional visual content for social media.

Ombre Powder Training
A 2-day individual or small group (2–4 students) training held in a convenient location in Sydney CBD.
This course will take you step by step through ombré powder brow techniques while giving you a solid understanding of facial skin structure, the essential tools and equipment, advanced colour theory, and how to recognise and minimise risks in eyebrow tattooing.
You’ll also practice on latex to refine your skills, followed by hands-on work with a live model. In addition, you’ll learn how to capture and edit photos and videos to create professional content for social media.

For Beginners and Experienced Artists
Luscious Lips 2.0. Online Training
‘Luscious Lips 2.0.’ is a professionally filmed online course to teach a lip blushing technique.
Katerina @NewMe is offering an amazing opportunity to learn the ‘Winner’ Lip Blushing technique. Register for our highly anticipated and most efficient Online Training: “Luscious Lips 2.0”.

Option 1 – Online Training

Face-to-face training with Katerina to practice lip blush on a model in Sydney, Australia. Timing to be confirmed individually. The number of models included in this package is limited to 1 (one). Additional practice on models is optional and requires separate payment.
A physical certificate upon completion of the practical training.

Option 3 – Online Training, Private Session with Katerina “Hands-On Model” and Online Post Support
What is included:
Everything mentioned in the Options 1&2.
Online chat support with Katerina for 6 months.
6 (six) meeting sessions via Zoom or other online platform where all participants receive answers to their questions from Katerina and communicate with each other, learning from each other’s experiences
For Experienced Artists
Ombré Powder Brows & Lip Blush
A 1-day individual training in a convenient location in Sydney CBD.
It includes a theoretical part on tattooing techniques, tools and equipment, as well as hands-on work on models.
Theory part:
Introduction to 2 different powder brow techniques.
Introduction to 2 types of lip blush (natural and Ombré).
Hands-On part:
Sketching techniques and common mistakes to avoid.
The trainer and a trainee will perform brow tattooing and lip blushing on a model.
Generating photo and video content.

Smokey Eyeliner Training
A 2-day individual training that combines online preparation and work on a model in person with a trainer 1:1 in a convenient location in Sydney CBD.
Day 1 includes preparation online (a theoretical part and latex work).
Day 2 includes work on a model, 1:1 with a trainer.

Nano Brows
An individual training that combines online preparation and work on a model in person with a trainer 1:1 in a convenient location in Sydney CBD.
It includes a theoretical part online and practical part online and in person - latex work and work on a model.
This Nano Brows training covers everything from the fundamentals to hands-on practice. You’ll learn what the procedure includes, why touch-ups are required, who is a suitable candidate, and how to work with different skin types. We’ll also go through tools, equipment, and brow patterns, as well as alternative styles like the combo technique.
The practical part includes exercises on paper and latex to master strokes and patterns, followed by online and in-person demonstrations. You’ll see full model work from sketch to tattooing, explore pigments and colour formulas for different Fitzpatrick types, and complete hands-on practice with a live model under expert guidance.
